Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Controlled Chaos Tactical, every item is made with care and produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer preference

  • Incorrect color or design selected during checkout

Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or buyer preference.

If you're unsure about sizing before ordering, we're happy to answer any questions to help you choose the best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we'll replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If this occurs, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after purchase.

While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective item.

  • We determine that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
