Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is received. During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): Delivery times shown at checkout

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Controlled Chaos Tactical is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with household members or neighbors.
Contact your local shipping carrier.
Reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, Controlled Chaos Tactical ships only within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
